Due to the nature of paintball and the costs associated with reserving field time, staffing, equipment preparation, and compressed air services, Action Center Paintball maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.
Your reservation payment covers field rental, field fees, staff time, equipment preparation, and unlimited air fills as outlined in your package. Any paintballs included with your reservation are considered complimentary and are provided only to players who attend and participate on the day of the event.
Action Center Paintball plays rain, shine, heat, or cold. Weather conditions do not qualify for a refund.
We do not provide refunds, paintballs, credits, or discounts for players who do not attend their scheduled event. No-show players forfeit any complimentary paintballs or benefits included in the reservation.
If you need to change your reservation, we will gladly reschedule your game provided you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled game time. Reservations may be moved to another available date and time or held as a credit for use within the same calendar year.
Players or groups who fail to appear on the day of their reservation without providing the required 48-hour notice will receive no refund, no credit, and no complimentary paintballs. Any unused portions of the reservation are forfeited.
By making a reservation with Action Center Paintball, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
